Blue World City Islamabad NOC:

Blue World City Islamabad has been granted planning permission by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) against the vide letter no. 532/10/DC dated: 07-08-2018. The society was first awarded Preliminary Planning Permission for around 427 Kanal of land.

BWC NOC Approved

After some time, another application was submitted, and the society’s NOC status from the RDA was added to the list of under processing societies.

NOC December 2021 Update:

Letter No. 532/10/DC dated 07-08-2018 was issued by the District Council regarding the NOC of Blue World City. Governor Punjab signed the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance, which resolved the jurisdiction conflict between the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and the district. The District Council will grant approval to all residential housing societies under this Ordinance. Following all these deliberations, Blue World City was given final approval, resulting in an increase in plot prices.

The Blue World City NOC is being approved for the second time. The owners are confident that the housing society’s NOC will be approved soon.
